Privacy Policy

We collect what you give us on the quote form — your name, phone, email and the addresses involved — so we can price and carry out your move. We use Google Ads and Google Analytics, which set cookies to tell us which adverts brought people here. We do not sell your information to anybody.

Text messaging

When you give Buddy Moving your mobile number and check the texting box on our quote form, reply to one of our texts, or tell us on a call that we may text you, we may send you text messages about your quote, your booking and your move, and customer care messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help or call (972) 767-9242. We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or your texting consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only to provide the service you asked for. See our Texting Terms.

Call tracking numbers on this site record the call so we can check quality and train our team. To have your data removed, email sales@buddymoving.com and we will do it.
