Texting Terms

Program: Buddy Moving customer texts, from Buddy Moving LLC, a licensed Texas household-goods mover (TxDMV 008999997C).

• What we send: texts about your quote and your move: quote follow-ups, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, crew on-the-way and arrival updates, receipts, and replies to your questions.
• How you sign up: tick “I agree to receive text updates about my move from Buddy Moving” on our quote form, text us first, or tell our office on a call that we may text you. Texting consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency varies. Most customers get a few texts around their move date.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed.
• Reply HELP for help, or call (972) 767-9242 or email sales@buddymoving.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
