Nothing derails a morning faster than finding out on the day that half the garage cannot legally go on the truck.
Gasoline, propane tanks, kerosene, lighter fluid, paint thinner, fireworks and ammunition do not travel on a moving truck. This is not a policy we invented, and no reputable mover will bend it. Run the mower dry, give the propane to a neighbor, and take ammunition in your own vehicle if state law allows.
We do not move pool tables or hot tubs. Pianos, gun safes and anything over four hundred pounds need a look before booking so the right crew and the right equipment turn up. Tell us early and we will give you a straight answer rather than a surprise.
Passports, medication, jewelry, cash, keys, laptops and anything irreplaceable belong in your own car. Not because we expect a problem, but because those things should not be out of your sight for a day.
Plants do not travel well in a hot truck in Texas, and we would rather tell you that than hand you a dead fiddle leaf fig at the other end.

No. Nothing is held on your card and nothing leaves your account when you book. You pay at the end, once everything is unloaded and where you want it.
Call the office and we will take care of it. There is no cancellation fee and no charge to move your date, because there is no deposit sitting there to argue about.
At the end of the move, once the work is finished. We total it up with you before anything is collected, so you see how the number was reached.

The clock starts when your buddies reach your door and stops when the work is done. Driving between your pickup, your drop-off and any extra stops counts. Driving to you from our warehouse does not.
No. Anywhere in the Dallas area the hourly rate is the whole bill. The truck, the fuel, the blankets, the equipment, the stairs however many flights, and the tax are all in it.
The one exception is a move outside the Dallas area, which carries a truck fee, and we tell you what it is before you book.
