Our Story
Buddy Moving began serving the great state of Texas, Frisco, Addison, and the surrounding areas many years ago. We started as a small family business, providing the best moves possible and always putting the customer first. We wanted to provide our community with a company they could trust, and come to year after year for their moving needs. And that’s exactly what we did!
Years later, Buddy Moving is now one of the largest and highest rated moving companies in Texas! We have expanded our operations to provide more people with our highly rated moving services, offering everything from labor only moves to full service moving with packing and additional service. We haven’t changed from our roots, however. We are still family owned and operated, and we don’t let just anyone join our team here. At Buddy Moving, we like to think of all our movers, consultants, and managers as family. We treat them like family, so they can do the same for you. It has been our goal to provide the most friendly moving experience in the state of Texas, and we have been doing so now for years with great success.
Our Commitment to Accountability: Why Buddy Moving Requires Pre-Move Video Verification
One of the things Buddy Moving does differently is require our crews to send a 60-second video to our head office before they start moving anything.
They walk through the home, showing the current protections in place. This means everything from floor runners, to wall guards, to door jamb protectors, and even 360 wrapping on furniture.
Some people ask, “Isn’t that overkill?” The answer is: NO.. It’s accountability.
By reviewing that video, we can be confident that the crew followed our standards before lifting a single item.
It also protects you, the customer. If anything happens, we have documentation showing the condition of your home and belongings before the move began.
